Welcome to Kimnim. By using kimnim.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they’re short and written to be understood.

About us

Kimnim is an embroidery studio based in Shenzhen, China. We sell ready-made embroidered apparel and accessories and produce made-to-order custom embroidery. Contact: [email protected].

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil — for example if an item is out of stock or a listing contained an obvious pricing error.

Custom orders

For personalized items, production starts only after you approve the digital stitch preview. Approval confirms the design, spelling, placement and colors — please check it carefully, as we embroider exactly what you approve. Turnaround and cancellation windows are described on each product page and in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Your content

When you send us text, artwork, logos or photos for a custom order, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely to produce your order. We do not accept designs that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights (including characters, brand logos you don’t own, and celebrity likenesses), and we may decline such orders with a full refund.

Shipping, returns and risk

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy; returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Our content

Everything on this site — designs, photos, text and the Kimnim name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
