Order the custom product that fits (name, logo, pet portrait or patch), then reply to your confirmation email with your text, artwork or photo. Within 48 hours we send a free digital stitch preview. We only start sewing after you approve it.

PNG, JPG, SVG, AI or PDF all work. Clear, high-resolution files give the best results — if something will not stitch well at the size you need, we will tell you and suggest adjustments before you commit.

Only if you own the rights or have permission. We decline designs that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright, and refund those orders in full.

Heavyweight 100% combed cotton in a natural cream colour, with a unisex fit in sizes S–XL. They are pre-shrunk and true to size — if you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Skip the bleach, and lay flat or hang to dry. Iron the reverse side, never directly on the stitches.

Ready-made items ship in 1–2 business days; custom pieces ship 3–5 business days after you approve the preview. Delivery is typically 8–15 business days to the US, UK and Europe.

Ready-made items: 30 days, unworn, for refund or exchange. Custom items cannot be returned for change of mind, but if anything arrives damaged or does not match the preview you approved, we remake or refund it.
