Every Kimnim piece ships from our studio in Shenzhen, China, with tracking on every parcel.

Production time

Ready-made items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom items ship 3–5 business days after you approve your stitch preview (we send the preview within 48 hours of receiving your design).

Delivery estimates

United States & Canada: 8–15 business days · United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days · Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days · Rest of world: 10–20 business days. Express options are available at checkout for most destinations (typically 5–8 business days).

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Most apparel orders under common duty-free thresholds arrive without extra charges.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, email [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
