Kimnim (“we”, “us”) operates the website kimnim.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to everyone who visits our site or buys from us.

What we collect

Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and the details of what you purchased. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal); we never see or store your full card details.

Custom order materials. For personalized items you may send us text, logos or photos (for example a photo of your pet). We use these solely to produce your order and delete them from active storage within 90 days of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for reorders.

Account and contact data. If you create an account, contact us through our form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we store the details you provide (email, name, message content).

How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil and deliver orders, to communicate about your order, to answer your questions, to send our newsletter if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time with one click), to prevent fraud, and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, our email provider, and analytics services. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

We are based in Shenzhen, China, and ship worldwide. Your data may be processed in China and in the countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and account data until you delete your account. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers.
